I cannot access my Autodesk Construction Cloud project
In the event that you struggle to acces your Forma/ACC project, please check the following, to help us narrow down the issue:
Question 1: Can you access your Projects folder online?
Answer 1: ☐ Yes ☐ No
Question 2: Is the project you are trying to access listed in your Projects folder?
Answer 2: ☐ Yes ☐ No
Question 3: If you can access your projects folder and see the project listed, please navigate to a folder in this project and try to upload a file. Can you successfully upload a file?
Answer 3: ☐ Yes ☐ No
Possible scenarios:
A) The Projects folder fails to load.
There is possibly an issue with your internet connection, or ACC services may be experiencing a service disruption. Check here: Autodesk Health Dashboard
Tip: If there is a service disruption, you can subscribe to get a notification as soon as it is resolved.
B) You can access your projects folder, however the project is not listed, or you cannot upload files to the specific project folder.
Contact the Project Administrator and ask them to assign the required permissions to you.
Tip: To identify the Project Administrator, look at the project members list, the person should be indicated there.
If the health dashboard does not indicate a service disruption and you have verified that you have the correct permissions for the project you are working on, please send your answers above to our support team and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
